Return Eligibility
Only items purchased directly from giro.com within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for return or exchange. To qualify, items must be in restockable condition, including:
- Original tags and stickers
- Original packaging and documentation
Return & Exchange Process
- To start your return or exchange please fill out this form.
- Giro provides a prepaid FedEx return label for all eligible returns and exchanges.
- Free shipping is included for exchanges.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Please use only the FedEx label provided to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Once your item is received, please allow 2 business days for processing.
- Return credits will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.
- Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the FedEx label email.

If your Giro product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return or exchange assistance.
