Currently, Giro only ships to physical addresses within the United States. For international purchases, please visit your regional Giro site or contact your local retailer.
Giro is available for Live Chat, Monday-Thursday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, and on Fridays from 7 AM to 4 PM PST. Just click on the Support widget located at the bottom left corner of our website during those hours.

You can update your email address by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account with your old credentials.
2. Click on My Account.
3. Click "Edit in the Profile field.
4. Enter and confirm your new email address.
5. Confirm the change via the email that will be sent to your new email address.

3. Click Edit in the Password field.
4. Change and confirm your new password.

Yes, you will have the option of using your Apple Pay account during checkout, directly in the cart, or on the product page itself. Simply click on the Apple Pay button on a compatible mobile device or the web in Safari and proceed through the checkout options.

eGift Cards can be applied at checkout on foxracing.ca during payment step - using eGift Card number and eGift Card PIN. Note: Only 1 eGift Card can apply per order. eGift Cards are not redeemable at Fox Retail stores.

In Store

Gift Cards purchased through Fox Racing retail stores can be redeemed in stores. Currently, they are not redeemable online.

Your card will be authorized upon placing the order and the authorization will settle upon shipping your order. When an order contains a the purchase of a Digital Gift Card, the value of the Digital Gift Card will be settled upon placing the order.
Yes, we use a tokenized system so no credit card information is stored in our systems.
Yes, you will have the option of using your PayPal account during checkout. Simply click on the PayPal button and proceed through the checkout options.

We currently do not offer free return shipping labels. Log in to your account view your order and access your label.
Once your package is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.

Standard Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 28 days of the order's receipt date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original packaging with all original tags, and, if applicable, with the protective liner intact on swimwear and intimate clothing. Start a Return

We, unfortunately, do not process any direct exchanges at this time—there is no exception to this process. If you would like to substitute any items, please return the item as stated in our Returns Section, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like as replacement.
You can cancel orders that haven't entered the fulfillment process yet. Please contact contact.uk@giro.com to cancel your order. Please include your order number and cancellation request in the email.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed; however, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to make a new order with the needed updates.
Once your returned package is received by our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Giro products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations, or if used other than the manner intended. Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed immediately and shipped the same day.

Our website does not accept orders placed outside of Europe, orders placed with an international debit/credit card or orders that are billed and/or shipped outside of Europe. All 3 criteria must be met in order to process an order.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Shipping times are estimates.
We currently do not ship to PO boxes in Europe.
Ground shipping is currently $8.99, 2-Day is $19.99, and Next Day is $29.99. These rates are for the Mainland United States only.

Giro provides free Standard Ground shipping on any Giro order over £99 days a year. From time to time, we also offer Free Shipping specials.
We do not currently ship to APO in Europe.
Giro does not currently offer back ordering.

If an item has gone on sale on foxracing.com or received a price change within 14 days of your purchase date, we will honor the price adjustment. Please email customerservice@foxracing.com with your order number to receive a price adjustment. For purchases made after a sale has ended, no price adjustments will be honored.

Purchases made in-store during online-only sales are not eligible for price adjustment, and vice versa. For information on our return policy please click here.
