Shipping

As we continue behind-the-scenes improvements, shipping and return processing may be slower than usual. Please expect delays and in some cases it can take up to 14 days to receive your order.

Shipping Details

  • Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
  • Expedited Shipping: Overnight shipping is currently unavailable.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Giro does not offer same-day shipping. Note: “2-day shipping” refers to delivery within two business days after the order ships—not from the time of order placement.
  • Shipping Estimates: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Special Programs: Orders placed through Pro Deal, Employee Purchase, or other special programs are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship only to physical residential or business addresses within the United States.Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Post Office locations for General Delivery.

  • Free shipping on exchanges
  • No restocking fees
