HOW TO GET YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Be sure to keep the tape level, and not too tight. To determine your waist size, wrap a measuring tape around your natural waist. To determine your hip size, wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your hips. Then, use the chart as a guide, but allow for some variance based on how you prefer the garment to fit.

My inititial review after 5
My inititial review after 5 rides is that these bibs are very comfortable and it was a solid purchase. The chamois is perfectly sized for short and long rides alike. I'm a 5'7" 170lb med build rider and I bought the mediums bc I have the sport bibs in the same size and really liked them. The expert bibs run a bit smaller and I probably should have bought size large. I tried to but they were out of stock. Overall, I'd buy a second pair when they go on sale again next year.

This was my first bib,
This was my first bib, purchased to begin training for a triathlon. Very comfortable and has completely changed what it means to go on long rides for me now.
