You must have a web order # to submit a return claim. This # can be found on your email confirmation receipt when you made a purchase and on the printed receipt that came in your shipment

3 Easy Steps to a Return or Exchange

Only orders placed through Giro.com are eligible for return or exchange through Giro. Giro will exchange products purchased within 30 days of original receipt for an alternate size and/or color of th exact product purchased only. Please do not submit an exchange request if you'd like to receive an alternative product.

If you purchased a Giro product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store.

Upon successful completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email with your RA# and instructions as to how to access and print a return label and ship your product back to Giro.


Exchanges

For all exchanges, we will ship a replacement product to you within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the original product at our warehouse. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.

All products must be returned to our warehouse New, Unused and in the original packaging that you received it in, with exception of defective products.


Returns

Note- For all your returns, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased minus a restocking fee.
