You must have a web order # to submit a return claim. This # can be found on your email confirmation receipt when you made a purchase and on the printed receipt that came in your shipment, or through your account.

3 Easy Steps to a Return or Exchange

Only orders placed through are eligible for return or exchange through Giro. Giro will exchange products purchased within 30 days of original receipt for an alternate size and/or color of the exact product purchased only. Please do not submit an exchange request if you'd like to receive an alternative product.

If you purchased a Giro product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store.

Upon successful completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email with your RA# and instructions as to how to access and print a return label and ship your product back to Giro.


For all exchanges, we will ship a replacement product to you within 5-7 business days from the time we receive the original product at our warehouse. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.

All products must be returned to our warehouse New, Unused and in the original packaging that you received it in, with exception of defective products.


We will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the product at our warehouse. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased.

All Giro cycling shoes, and shorts with a chamois, come with our 60 Days to Decide comfort guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of purchasing one of these Giro products to evaluate the fit and comfort for yourself. So try us on! If the fit or feel isn't great, we'll work with you to find the right solution. Ask your retailer or our Customer Service team for more details.

There is no restocking fee.

The Comfort Guarantee program is only valid for original purchasers.

Product must be cleaned and in good condition as determined by Giro. They cannot be modified or damaged from crash or abuse.

Product defects in materials or workmanship are not covered under this guarantee. See our Warranty Policy for details.

Replacement products are subject to stock on hand. Giro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make product substitutions or refund the purchase price.

Giro reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
