Returns & Exchanges

Only items purchased from Giro.com within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase or assistance with your return or exchange.

For exchanges, please specify the size you wish to receive. Exchanges must be for the same model.
For Returns, please indicate which item(s) are being returned for credit.

Please allow 2 business days (Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Central) for processing from the time we receive the item(s).

You will receive a prepaid FedEx label from FedEx for your return or exchange via the provided email address once the item has been processed. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the label.

There are no restocking fees.

To ensure quick and accurate processing, please ship your item(s) using only the FedEx label(s) we provide to you.

For returns, credit will be issued back to the card(s) used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.
