General Policy Overview
Giro is committed to providing our customers with elite products and elite customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Only orders placed within 30 days of original purchase, made through Giro.com and fulfilled by Giro are eligible for return and/or exchange through Giro. If you purchased a Giro product through one of our retail partners, please return that item directly through that store to handle your return/exchange. Return and exchange policies may differ from store to store.
Items not eligible for return/exchange by Giro include:
Any items purchased from the Giro Clearance Outlet store
Items that are not in new condition with original packaging
Items without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
Items without an Giro Web Order Number
If an item returned to Giro does not meet requirements for return or exchange as outlined in our policy below, we will return the item to you along with an explanation as to why your claim was denied.
