Exchange Policy / How To Info
Only orders placed through Giro.com are eligible for exchange through Giro. Giro will exchange products purchased within 30 days of original receipt for an alternate size and/or color of the exact product purchased only. Please do not submit an exchange request if you’d like to receive an alternate product.
If you purchased a Giro product through one of our retail partners, please exchange that item directly through that store. Exchange policies may differ from store to store. Alternatively, you can not exchange a Giro product that you purchased through our website through a Giro retail partner.
Completing an Exchange Form:
Go to our Return/Exchange Center and fill out an online Exchange Form in its’ entirety to begin the return process . Be sure to have a copy of your web order # in order to complete this form. Once entered, you will be able to review all eligible orders and select the items you wish to exchange.
On this form you will be able to select an alternate size and/or color of the original product that you purchased. Remember to review your changes before submitting.
Upon successful completion of this form you will receive a confirmation email with your RA# and instructions as to how to access and print a return label and ship your product back to Giro.
All products must be returned to our warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number, with your RA#, new, unused and in original unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product that you received it in.
Receiving your exchanged product:
Once we receive the product at our Warehouse with RA# and confirm the product meets the criteria for an exchange, we will ship a replacement product to you within 5-7 business days from the time it is received. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or restocking fees.
If the item being exchanged is of lesser or greater value than the original product purchased, we will refund you or charge you for the difference of the new product you’d like to receive.
Using our Return/Exchange Mailing Labels:
Easton return mailing labels are obtained from our online Return/Exchange Center and are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund or exchange. Each shipment must be returned using a separate Easton mailing label.
