Check-out

You are now ready to complete your purchase.

1. Choose a checkout method:

a. If you are a returning customer and have an account at www.Giro.com and you can log-in to your account to expedite your purchase. Logging-in will pre-populate your billing and shipping information so you save time and avoid errors.
b. If you are a new customer and do not have an account you can choose to checkout as a guest or register so that your information is securely saved for future purchases.
c. “Ship to multiple addresses” – Giro makes it easy for you to ship orders to multiple addresses during a single checkout process, so that you only need to pay once. To ship to multiple addresses you need to:

i. Have an account with Giro.com
ii. Click the “ship to multiple addresses” link on the checkout page

2. Enter your billing information

a. If you signed-in, your billing information will automatically appear in a drop-down menu. If your billing information has changed, you can select “new address” to add or update your information
b. If you are checking out for the first time or choose to check out as a guest, simply enter the billing information that matches that information with your credit card company

3. Select a shipping option

a. Ship to same as billing address
b. Choose a different shipping address

i. Enter the address that you’d like the products shipped and click continue
ii. Please be sure that all information is correct
iii. If you are signed into your account, you will see a drop down menu of stored shipping address options. You can select from a stored address or select “new address” to add another.

4. Choose a shipping method

Easton offers 4 Federal Express Shipping options

a. Home Delivery (Standard 7-10 day shipping)
b. Ground (5-7 day delivery)
c. 2 Day
d. Priority Overnight

*Shipping rates vary based on a number of factors including Shipping Method selected, weight of shipment and location of delivery. Please see Giro’s Shipping Policy for complete details of rates and guidelines

5. Enter Payment Information

a. Enter your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card information including your 3 or 4 digit CVV security #. All fields are necessary and must be accurate to submit
b. If you have a discount code or gift card, click the “add/remove gift card” link to enter this information and apply the discount to your order. After you enter your discount code, you will be take back to the checkout step where you left off

6. Review your Order

If everything looks good, click “Submit”.

7. Confirmation

a. Upon successful completion of your order, you will be taken to a receipt confirmation page which provides you with your order number and information about the order. Please note: We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
b. You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase receipt as well as a “your item has shipped” email when your order has been fully processed and has left our warehouse
